Its aim was to identify the strengths, challenges, and needs of the organizations, in order to support their further development and process improvement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"461\" data-end=\"480\">The contribution of the Cancer Guidance Centre \u2013 <strong>KAPA3<\/strong>, particularly through the collection and analysis of data by <strong>Mr. Konstantinos Tzanas, Statistical Analyst, MSc,<\/strong> was significant. This involvement ensured the quality, completeness, and reliability of the results, providing a comprehensive picture of the current situation.<\/p>\n<h6 data-start=\"100\" data-end=\"118\"><strong data-start=\"100\" data-end=\"116\">Key Findings<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul data-start=\"120\" data-end=\"703\">\n<li data-start=\"120\" data-end=\"249\">\n<p data-start=\"122\" data-end=\"249\">Organizations that invest in digital maturity demonstrate better financial management and overall organizational performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"250\" data-end=\"434\">\n<p data-start=\"252\" data-end=\"434\">2024 inputs\/budgets are the most decisive factor for organizational maturity. Medium-sized organizations (\u20ac250,000 \u2013 \u20ac600,000) show the best balance of resources and effectiveness.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"568\">\n<p data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"568\">Significant gaps exist in financial sustainability, particularly in revenue generation and grant acquisition, regardless of size.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"703\">\n<p data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"703\">Respondents\u2019 gender does not affect evaluations, while organizational position mainly influences assessments on financial matters.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"732\"><strong data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"730\">Organization Clusters<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"1411\">\n<li data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"881\">\n<p data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"881\"><strong data-start=\"736\" data-end=\"802\">Underperforming in management \u2013 Emerging (3 organizations, 9%)<\/strong><br data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"805\" \/>Low maturity, need to develop basic governance and financial management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1045\">\n<p data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1045\"><strong data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"943\">Digitally Mature Organizations (13 organizations, 39%)<\/strong><br data-start=\"943\" data-end=\"946\" \/>High digital skills, good KPI handling, need to strengthen fundraising and strategic financing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1210\">\n<p data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1210\"><strong data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1112\">Organizations with Limited Resources (8 organizations, 24%)<\/strong><br data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1115\" \/>Focus on grants, weaknesses in financial management, need for basic digital tools and KPIs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1411\">\n<p data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1411\"><strong data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1268\">High-Maturity Organizations (9 organizations, 27%)<\/strong><br data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1271\" \/>Excellent governance and financial management, strong points in legal compliance and budgeting, best practices accessible for mentoring.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1444\"><strong data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1442\">Strategic Recommendations<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1803\">\n<li data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1530\">\n<p data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1530\">Strengthen basic governance and financial management for emerging organizations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1616\">\n<p data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1616\">Leverage digital skills to enhance fundraising in digitally mature organizations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1718\">\n<p data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1718\">Invest in essential financial management tools and KPIs for organizations with limited resources.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1719\" data-end=\"1803\">\n<p data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1803\">Maintain excellence and exchange best practices for high-maturity organizations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2127\" data-end=\"2206\">Text\/adaptation: Ifiyenia Anastasiou for Kapa3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first phase of the survey on the current state of knowledge and use of technological tools by members of the Civil Society Alliance, Greece, was successfully completed.
