<strong>20%<\/strong> of all health expenditure.<\/p>\n<p>In Greece, households cover <strong>more than one-third<\/strong> of total health spending \u2014 among the highest levels internationally, alongside Mexico, Chile, and Latvia.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Remuneration of health professionals: low levels<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Earnings for self-employed medical specialists exceed USD 300,000 in countries such as Germany, Austria, and South Korea.<\/p>\n<p>Conversely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bulgaria reports the lowest remuneration levels.<\/li>\n<li>Greece records earnings of <strong>USD 65,000\u201375,000<\/strong> for salaried specialist doctors \u2014 comparable to Mexico, Colombia, and Costa Rica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>What these findings
