They play a primary role in the lives of all to do with care provisions – from patients, caregivers, to hospitals, healthcare professionals, associations, social structure and municipalities, etc. Kapa3, with the valuable support of the “TIMA” Foundation which perseveres in trying to increase access to accurate and timely information, is on a mission to help the integration of best practices into digital solutions, making use of existing knowledge and new online tech tools.
What signifies progress to us, is not only processing of citizens’ requests digitally, but also having citizens/patients participate in the process every step of the way. By creating people-centered solutions we can maximise chances for equal access to health and available social welfare services.
