Kapa3, recognizing the importance of internships and utilizing the experience of executives in education, implements internship periods every year in collaboration with Universities throughout Greece. Our partners to date are the International Hellenic University, the Democritus University of Thrace, the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, the University of Peloponnese, the Athens University of Economics and Business, the University of Piraeus, the Physical Education Department of Trikala and others.  

With the institution of internship, the benefits for the trainee student are multiple. 

During the internship the student is in a  transitional  stage  between  education  and  work, where  their  integration into the work environment is achieved. The involvement in the broader field of their specialization by actively participating in the production process, the connection of theoretical training with laboratory knowledge, and the acquisition of useful experiences enable them to cope with their subsequent professional career. 

For all of us at Kapa3, the main goal is none other than the promotion of skills, the development of professional awareness, the cultivation of team spirit and the two-way transmission of information between civil society bobies. The creation of tomorrow’s executives with a dominant feature of the anthropocentric support model is our main concern. 

In our 3 years of operation, Kapa3 has collaborated with numerous academic institutions, such as Panteion University, University of Peloponnese, University of Thessaly, Democritus University of Thrace, Athens University of Economics and Business, International Hellenic University, etc.  More than 20 people trusted our Organization to do their internship, some of them are: Vaia, Efi, Evita, Niki, Margarita, Spyros, Stamatis and Kriton, Amalia, Myrsini, Sultana, Eleftheria and Angeliki, Melina and many more.
